Internal Acoustic Meatus Trumpeting

A trumpeted internal acoustic meatus is an indirect sign of an acoustic schwannoma and is useful in helping differentiating between this and other cerebellopontine angle entities, especially from a meningioma which typically does not extend into the meatus.
